Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United Kingdom and to the United States only. We hope to open our doors to more international customers very soon — sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when our parcels begin their journey abroad.

UK Delivery

All orders are usually processed same day. 

  • Standard Delivery (Tracked): £3.95

Orders are sent via Royal Mail's tracked 48 service. Please allow 2-3 working days from dispatch for delivery. 

  • Express Delivery (Tracked): £5.95

Orders are sent via Royal Mail's tracked 24 service. Please allow 1-2 working days from dispatch for delivery.

  • Dispatch Times:

All orders are usually processed same day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS to confirm, which will include your tracking number.

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly, but please note that delays can occasionally occur, particularly during peak periods or due to Royal Mail service disruptions.

  • Pre-order, Personalised or Limited-Edition Items:

If your item is a pre-order or made to order, this will be clearly noted on the product page. If you place an order that includes a pre-order item, your full order will be dispatched once the pre-order is ready. Please place separate orders if you wish to receive in-stock items sooner.

Some items may have longer lead times due to bespoke production or high demand. Please refer to individual product pages for specific dispatch estimates.

 

US Delivery

All orders are usually processed same day. 

  • Standard Delivery (Tracked)

 

We ship on a DDP service so all applicable duties are calculated and charged at checkout. There are no additional charges or fees on delivery. 

Please allow 7-10 working days from dispatch for delivery. 

We don't currently offer an express service for US orders. 

    • Dispatch Times:

    All orders are usually processed same day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS to confirm, which will include your tracking number.

    We aim to dispatch all orders promptly, but please note that delays can occasionally occur, particularly during peak periods or due to courier service disruptions.

    Customers will be held liable for any other charges that may occur, including orders returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts.

    • Returns:

    We are not able to process return shipping labels for US customers. If you wish to return an item, please email info@galliarae.com and a member of the team will assist you.

    Customers are responsible for arranging shipping at their own cost on a DDP service (delivery duty paid). We are unable to refund orders that are returned to us used or damaged.

     

    International Delivery

    In the US? Please refer to US delivery info above.

    We currently ship to selected international destinations. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. We ship on a DDP service so all applicable duties are calculated and charged at checkout. There are no additional charges or fees on delivery. 

    If your country is not available at checkout, we are unfortunately unable to ship there at this time. We hope to open our doors to more international customers very soon — sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when our parcels begin their journey abroad. Please do get in touch and let us know where you want us to ship so we can prioritise those locations.

     

    Missed Deliveries & Address Errors

    Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly. Gallia Rae cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses. If a parcel is returned to us, we can resend it — shipping charges will apply.
