Refund policy
We hope you adore your Gallia Rae pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Please note that due to the nature of our current product collection, not all items are eligible for return. This helps us preserve the quality, safety, and integrity of the pieces we offer.
Change of Mind
If you’ve changed your mind about an eligible item, we offer complimentary returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
To start a return, please email info@galliarae.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label along with instructions for sending your parcel.
Returns must be authorised before being sent — any parcels returned without approval may not be accepted.
Items Not Eligible for Return
To protect product integrity, we are unable to accept returns on the following:

Fragrance oils
Due to the sensitive nature of fragrance oils — and our commitment to quality and safety — we are unable to accept them for return. -
Pietrina Home Fragrance Diffuser Sets
As these include non-returnable fragrance oils, the full set is also not eligible for return. -
Bespoke or personalised orders

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, we’re happy to clarify — just get in touch.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care when preparing every order, but if something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@galliarae.com, including photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll make it right as swiftly as possible — either with a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Exchanges
Prefer something else? You're welcome to return an eligible item and place a new order for your preferred piece. Just follow the return steps above and we’ll take care of the rest.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, feel free to contact us.
International Refunds
We are not able to process return shipping labels for international customers. If you wish to return an item, please email info@galliarae.com and a member of the team will assist you.
Customers are responsible for arranging shipping at their own cost on a DDP service (delivery duty paid). We are unable to refund orders that are returned to us used or damaged.
